At the end of April Rome will host the international presentation of the Lamborghini Aventador LP 700-4. The 'Made in Italy' celebration will see the newest Lamborghini on public display as well as a temporary free museum dedicated to the marque.

From 26 April to 8 May in the Choristro del Bramante a collection of Lamborghini artefacts will be on display to the public. Documents and photographs tell the story of the company from its foundation in 1963. Along with the new Aventador a selection of engines will complete the exhibition.

On the first day of the festivities the streets of Rome will see a parade of ten Lamborghinis. Five Aventadors will run in convoy with historic models including the 350 GT, Miura and Countach.

Speaking at a press conference the Mayor of Rome commented; "Lamborghini is an icon of the 'Made in Italy' tradition and this event confirms Rome's ability to welcome the entrepreneurial world and offer a wonderful platform for showcasing Italy's design and technology excellence".
