With every new BMW model comes an M Sport option, sooner or later. Here's the one for the new X3 in all its glory.
No prices have been announced, but the kit goes on sale in March 2011 and includes 18-inch M alloy wheels, chrome-plated door sill finishers, black gloss trim for the window surrounds, an M Sport steering wheel, sports seats and dark interior headlining.
At the same time, BMW is patting itself on the back for a very successful winter tyre programme, thank you very please. To date (22 December 2010) it has sold 4,000 winter tyre packages to owners, with prices varying from £600 upwards.
That's in stark contrast to punters looking for winter tyres anywhere else, it seems, with evidence mounting to suggest there's a severe shortage of winter rubber. It's an issue we at Car Enthusiast will be looking into at the turn of the year, so look out for that...
