Paris Motor Show, Infiniti has revealed that it plans to release a pure electric vehicle by 2013. The announcement was accompanied by a sketch, indicating how the EV will look.
The drawing shows a sleek, modern shape with tapering nose and tail. It is difficult to gauge the car's size, though it is described as 'compact', yet also promises space for five. The press release also describes it as having high performance but at this stage no claims are being made for speed or range.
Infiniti's Senior Vice President, Andy Palmer, showed the picture of the as yet un-named electric vehicle at a ceremony to mark the opening of the Infiniti Centre Piccadilly in London.
