Subaru has announced that it will use the
Geneva Motor Show to unveil the Impreza XV, a new crossover model.
The Impreza XV apparently takes its design cues from the five-door Impreza but will feature a redesigned front grille, wheel arches and roof spoiler to distinguish it from the regular car. In terms of engines, the Impreza XV will be powered by a choice of horizontally-opposed 2.0-litre engines, petrol and diesel, both of which comply with Euro 5 emissions regulations.
The Hybrid Tourer Concept makes its European debut in Geneva, while Subaru also plans to show the Plug-in STELLA, an electric vehicle that went into production last year in Japan.
Doors open to the
Geneva Motor Show on March 2 for the media.
