Lexus has added to the appeal of its full-hybrid luxury compact CT 200h by gracing it with the F-Sport package already seen on the IS and GS ranges. As part of the upgrade the CT 200h gains some much needed visual appeal with 17-inch dark-finish alloys, a larger rear spoiler, flared side skirts, a mesh front grille and new aero-styled bumpers front and rear.
Proving that beauty is more than skin deep the CT 200h F-sport's suspension has been tuned for a more engaging drive with a lateral damping system fitted as standard. The system, apparently unique in the premium hatchback class, helps to minimise body vibrations, leading to more linear steering feel and hence a more rewarding driving experience.
Based on the SE-L specification, the F-Sport takes everything normally offered and adds cruise control, F-Sport black leather upholstery, heated front seats, electric driver's seat adjustment and a rear parking camera that links to a display in the rear-view mirror. Customers can also choose an advanced HDD navigation system combined with Lexus's Remote Touch control and 10-speaker audio package.
The new Lexus CT 200h F-Sport is available from £27,850 with order books open now ahead of first UK deliveries in January.
