Kia has released the first pictures of the all-new Sportage ahead of its world debut next month.
From images released by Kia, the Sportage looks to do the job. There is a definite hint of Audi Q7 in the window and door lines, while the grille and headlight arrangement has a sense of purpose and the five-spoke alloy wheels are a nod as to how Kia wants this car to be received.
Michael Cole, the MD of Kia Motors (UK) Ltd. said: "Sportage was the car that really made the breakthrough for Kia in Europe and the all-new version will make people sit up and take notice just as the original did. I am convinced it will begin a remarkable chapter in the Kia story."
With an anticipated release date later this year, the Sportage is expected to be offered with a range of diesel and petrol engines. The world premiere of the car will take place on 2 March on the Kia Stand at the
Geneva International Motor Show.
