Last year we were among the lucky few to get a look under the skin and spend quality time at the wheel of the Lexus LFA (
read the review here). It seems that there is no shortage of people who want to do the same, despite the £340,000 (or so) asking price.
Based on the number of formal enquiries received to date there are more potential customers than Lexus will produce cars. Only 500 LFAs will be built and these will be sold across 56 countries. However, interested parties can continue to put their names forward until mid-March and the end of the
Geneva Motor Show. After that point cars will be allocated to customers, with deposits invited from the end of May.
European customers wanting to see the 552bhp Lexus will have to pay a visit to London. The LFA is on show at the marque's Park Lane showroom.
